How It Works

From your tape measure to your wall

A straightforward, four-step process — design online, confirm measurements, we build locally, then deliver or install.

01

Design online

Open any product configurator and set width, height, depth, material, finish, door style and hardware. The estimated price updates live as you go — nothing is locked in.

02

Confirm measurements

Send photos or a short video of your space, or book a free in-home measurement visit. This step exists so what gets built actually fits.

03

We build locally

Your piece is manufactured in Metro Vancouver to the confirmed dimensions — not pulled from a warehouse shelf.

04

Delivered or installed

Choose delivery-only, or have the Rerose Custom team complete a full professional installation.

Why We Ask You To Confirm Measurements

Estimate first, exact second

Every configurator price is an estimate based on the numbers you enter. Walls aren't always perfectly square, and baseboards, outlets and trim can all affect a final fit — so we always reconfirm before anything goes into production.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is the price I see online final?

No — every configurator shows an estimate based on the dimensions and options you choose. Final pricing is always confirmed after we review your exact measurements (either from photos/video you send, or a free in-home measurement visit).

How does made-to-measure pricing work?

Each product starts from a base price for a reference size. As you adjust width, height, depth and options in the configurator, the estimate updates using a transparent formula — no hidden markups, no showroom haggling.

Do you install, or is it delivery only?

Both. Choose delivery-only if you (or your contractor) will install, or professional installation if you'd like our team to complete the job. Floating TV consoles are strongly recommended to be professionally installed for safe wall anchoring.

Where is everything made?

Your pieces are manufactured locally in Metro Vancouver, not imported and warehoused. That keeps lead times shorter and means real people are accountable for the fit and finish.

What areas do you deliver and install in?

We currently serve Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Coquitlam and Surrey. Let us know your postal code on the quote form and we'll confirm.

How is Rerose Custom different from IKEA or a big-box closet kit?

Flat-pack kits are sized for a generic opening, not your actual wall. We build to your exact dimensions — so no filler panels, no gaps, and no cutting cabinets down to fit.

How is this different from a full custom cabinet company?

Traditional custom shops price everything bespoke from scratch, which is part of why quotes run high. We standardize the manufacturing process on our four core product lines so we can hold a lower, transparent price — while still building to your exact size.

Do you work with trade professionals and designers?

Yes — we offer trade pricing and dedicated support for interior designers, contractors and property managers. Visit our Trade Accounts page to get set up.
